If you see a girl/women after a period of time, and if she doesn't talk to you or doesn't pay attention to do you, don't say "What's the matter, have you forgotten me?", or "You don't remember me?", or something to that effect. This shows neediness. If she really wants you, she will find a way to to talk to you. Also, most women are used to hearing this all the time. So, doing this doesn't set you apart.
