Insights About Rejection

If you get hurt from rejection, this only means you have a negative self image. For example, would Brad Pitt get insulted if he got rejected by a woman? Not likely because he is so successful in life, he wouldn't care if a woman rejected him, he would think it is her loss. Same way, if you have a positive self image, you don't care if someone rejects you because you know you are better than him/her. Now, if you are thinking   if nothing is going well in my life, how to build a positive self image? First off, "nothing is going well" is not entirely true. Second, even if most things go wrong in life, you are just a human, things go wrong with everyone all the time. That doesn't make you any less of a human. That is no reason to think you are a failure. It's part of life. Just think your life is same as most others, so you don't need to feel inferior.
