Where Does Fatigue Come From
Fatigue
doesn't come from working too much, it comes from not finishing the
task and sense of non achievement and anxiety that comes from it.
Meaning, if you are not able to finish a task, it makes you more tired
and creates anxiety. So, focus on finishing tasks, even if it is a very
little one, instead of working a lot. If you finish a task even if it is
very little, it is going to give you a lot
of mental energy. If you don't get sense of achievement, no matter how
hard you work, it is not going to satisfy you mentally and as a result
you are going to be fatigued all the time.
