Freedom of speech is good, but we also have to make sure the unqualified man is not harassing the qualified man by not knowing technicality of a particular job because he is not experiencing the hardship of the job, and as a result, he won't be able to make the qualified man look stupid. "Right to be wrong" does not mean "right to harass" by lying.
