How to Get Into An Windows computer If You don’t Know The Password

If you want to get into your windows computer whether you know the password or you want to get into someone else’s computer and you don’t know the password, this tutorial will teach you how to get into the computers in both situations with step by step screenshots of the whole process.
First go to http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com/ and download the program . To open the files, in this case to extract to an USB memory stick or to a CD/DVD drive to create CD or DVD from the ISO file you need MagicISO or VirtualCloneDrive, both of which can be downloaded by clicking the highlighted names.
IF you are using an USB stick, start Universal USB Installer that is in the downloaded folder. From the first dropdown menu, go to the very bottom, where it says try some other “Live Linux ISO” and select it. Select the ISO file that is in the downloaded folder. Then select your USB drive, it is usually “F:” drive or “removable drive” following with the drive’s name.  Remember, the purpose here is to create a bootable USB memory stick. Alternatively, If you are using CD/DVD drive, then choose the drive in this step.
Then press continue.
After creating the bootable USB stick you have to make sure the computer you are going to use it on,  has the boot sequence set to  boot from the USB device  or CD/DVD drive first, depending on which  bootable disk you make.  To do that, you have to go to the BIOS setup and change the boot sequence. Getting into bios setup is different for different manufacturers but they are similar. It is usually by hitting the F2 key before the windows logo start. After getting in to BIOS setting you should see an option to change the boot sequence.

After setting the boot sequence, boot your computer and if you do everything right, the password recovery should start. Choose the existing user name and click reset. Voila, you are done! Now restart/reboot the computer and start using it. It won't ask you for a password.

Talent Is Overrated

Even the most talented person is not talented at everything. Even if he's most talented is something, his knowledge/expertise is partial. He knows parts of the whole puzzle, not the whole puzzle.

A Book That Inspired me

I have read lots of books for pleasure, for school and to gain knowledge. Some of them included biographies. As I was surfing the internet, I came across a biography book, and I have heard of this book before. I ordered it. After it arrived, I finished it before doing anything else. The book inspired me because it gave me an idea to help poor people the way I want, not because what it talks about became famous around the world. The Book is Dr. Muhammed Yunus’ “Banker To The Poor”.
A brief explanation of the content in the book, and how Dr. Yunus came about making the model which became famous around the world is necessary to explicate how it inspired me. Dr. Yunus met a poor, credit less woman while walking around the university, Chittagong University in Bangladesh, where he was teaching, who was embittered by the loan shark that was taking advantage of her. She explained to him how the loan shark took away all her money as interest, and how it was very hard to survive or to break even after selling the product that she made using the money from the loan shark. After hearing this, Dr. Yunus loan the money to her out of his own pocket. At that time, he didn't know anything about the woman’s financial background, nor was he trying to make a model out of it, nor did he know if the woman was going to give back the money that he has had loaned her. He did this for humanitarian reason. To his surprise, the women gave back the money, and told him she had made a profit. So, he asked her to make a list of the people who were also victims of the loan shark in the area. Dr. Yunus, the lady and his students made a list of 42 such people. He loaned all these people money which was equivalent to mere 27 dollar in 1976. To their surprise, all of them gave back the money. So, he experimented in a second village, and this worked there too. So, now he wanted to do it more and wanted to get the local bank involved. However, they refused to give loan to people without any credit and without any collateral. So, he made himself a guarantor and got the local bank to loan the money to people. After doing this in many villages, he was finally able to convince the Bangladesh Bank, the government owned bank, to provision him a special banking project of his own, which later became known as the Grameen Bank. Then he developed a model for it and gave it a formal look following all the traditional bank methodologies and started to create balance sheet for the bank. The Bangladesh Bank, The World Bank and many other organizations around the world gave money to start off the bank as charity.
Now, I am going to explain why and how the model works. When a person wants to loan, he has to meet few conditions. He must be able to make something that he can sell. He must find at least four other members doing the same or similar thing, and they must be living in the same vicinity of the bank so that the bank members can keep track of them. Every week they are to meet at the local bank to make a payment with interest. They are to meet there to talk about their problems and keep track of their income. If someone is not able to come up with the amount decided, group members help him anyway they can. Peer pressure helps them to generate the money before the meet. If the person can’t come up with the whole amount even after that, he’s given the option to pay whatever he can. He’s not denied loan even after he is not able to make a payment. Just the interest accrues. The main philosophy of Dr. Muhammed Yunus is people can’t be denied credit no matter what. The borrowers can’t hide because everybody knows them. Most people give up begging, and don’t depend on handouts after they join the bank because they know they can get money any time they want even if they defaulted. It is based on some trust, but Grameen bank has success rate of 97% when it comes to loan repayment, which traditional banks couldn’t even come close to. The interest and the principal that comes back to the bank, is given back as loan to the same people and newer people. So, the bank always generates income. So, if someone starts a Grameen bank somewhere, after getting the initial money as charity, at some point the bank become self-sustainable. The money then is owned by the borrowers or as known as Grameen Bank members. People feel pride knowing that this is not begging. It is their own money. They also make up the rules and regulations of the bank, or they make up a trustee board by electing members from the borrowers who make up the rules and regulations. The best thing about this is it can be started with little money, or the money can be raised locally.
This method inspired me to open a Hospital in Bangladesh by taking money from people in my village where modern healthcare facilities are not available, or healthcare is not affordable to poor people. I know I can get loan and charity from organizations using my connection. Most people usually give money if they know that a hospital is going to be open or for a philanthropic reason. I will also get money from the people who will be members/workers of the hospital. It will be owned by every worker instead of a single person so the rules and regulations will be developed by the members/workers. When my hospital become sustainable after selling healthcare for profit, I will give back the money to the people whom I loaned from. This inspired me because I know this way I can help people very easily, and this give people a chance to do what they want with dignity, without begging.

You Should Always Do This

You should always learns something. This keeps the brain sharp and increases brain's plasticity. It makes more neural  connections. The more connections there are, the better your performance is. For example, a leader/captain of a sports team is also good at managing a business. The more skills and learning experiences you acquire, the better you are.

New Discovery Of An Old Quote

This quote is always in my mind, but I was never able to enunciate it. While I was reading the book "The Stars, My Destination" by Alfred Bester, I came across this, and thought that is exactly how I wanted to say it. The quote is :"Sensation is the root of all evil". Now I want to say, "Greed is the root of all evil".

Self Help Is Not Complete

Self-help is not complete without understanding human psychology and how the mind works. If you understand the mind, only then you can control it because most people can't control it.

Why/How People Get Addicted

Your brain is not only wired to protect you, it is also wired to protect you from feeling bad. In other words, it is always trying to make you feel good. So,when you are feeling depressed you are more susceptible to eat things that make you feel good because your brain unconsciously wants to make you feel good. That is how people get addicted to substances, eating, etc. This info is found in the book "The Willpower Instinct, Why It Matters, What Can You Do To Get More OF It" By Kelly McGonigal.

A Great Invention

A great invention by a guy from my hometown,Chittagong...his invention sends signal to a train, to a mobile phone and to the nearest train station instantly if the train track is cut off ahead of the train. The train track itself is used to send the signal.

This is very important for Bangladesh because there politically hired goons cut tracks to derail the train, to take revenge to create pressure on an opposition party. This technology can be installed anywhere in the world. Watch the video here.

Something You Didn't Know About Owls

Apparently owls can swim! Here is the Youtube link where it shows a owl is swimming.

Do Not Give Away Free Stuff

The people/business who give away free stuff/ they think their products or themselves are not good enough to be accepted by people...so they give away free stuff or help to become popular. Because you are not improving yourself or your product, people will eventually leave you. If you or your product is good enough people will come to you. If you are good enough, people will come to you. You wouldn't have to go to them.

Why Talking Less Is Better

Most of what you say is not accurate because you do it unconsciously and the talking patterns get created long time long time ago. Our mind can only think in pattern.

Your Mind Gives Up

The moment your mind perceive something to be unpleasant, discomforting, it automatically avoids it. The key is to persist.

Influence Of Your Social Status On Your Mind

When you talk to someone or do something with someone, your brain/mind and  sends status signal. The one with the higher status dominates in the interaction, and obviously, the one with the lower status submits. This happens so subtly and unconsciously, the people involved don't even realize that it is happening. That is why people do not realize when they condescend, and when people behave subserviently/inferiority. It is because their brain uses the part that they can't control consciously. It happens to all of us. Try to be aware of it and practice not to come off as an inferior person.

Be Nice To Nerds

We always give a disparaging look to nerds, how they dress and how they appear. We never stop to think that they spend all their time doing the things that we don't want to do. They study the matters that is very hard for most of us. They are doing it for others. Lot of them are solving problems that helps humanity. So matters like look or appearance become trivial to them. They don't look that way because they are not able to make them look better, but because they don't have time to do it. Think of Einstein, he was doing so much math, science, he didn't have time to get a haircut. Remember, they are working for you. You are not taking out time to help them, some of which you are using to make yourself look better. Don't treat a person bad just because he's a nerd.

Why People Talk Prematurely

Until you face real hardship of life, you talk prematurely.

YAHOO.com Did Not Originate Where You Think It Originated From!

Contrary to popular belief, online search engine and web portal YAHOO does not mean the word "yahoo" as a person who is not intelligent or uncultured. It is actually acronym which stands for "yet another hierarchichally organized Oracle', according to dictionary.com. FYI, Oracle is biggest database company which makes the Oracle database software.

Don't Despair If You Are Not "Talented"

Talent might be inborn, but success is not. To be successful, you still have to work hard. So, if you don't have talent, don't despair, talented or not, you have to work hard, maybe little harder than the talented one. You have to work hard either ways.

Your Knoledge Is Partial

No matter how much you know, you only know part of the whole. You only solved few puzzles. The vast universe of knowledge is ever expanding. The more you find out, the more there is to explore. It is designed that way. So, you always know part of it.

Great Quote Of A Great Man

I think this quote is true for most of us: "The greatest amount of wasted time is the time not getting started."---Dawson Earle Trotmen.

Exercising Helps

Exercising rewires your brain in a good way.

Time Dilates

Time dilates when you do something intently. If you want to use your time focus on doing something.

You Need Precedent

Your need precedent to understand something because the specific neural connection doesn't get created. That is why we understand things when someone try to explain us something using examples. Because the neuron connections have already been made, it is easier for the explainer to make sense to the explainee who hasn't experience the specific incident. So, to make it understand the person connect it to the incident which already created the neural connection.

What Happens If You Read A Lot

If you read a lot, it makes you left brain oriented because when you read you use your left hemisphere of the brain. It makes you a structurist, meaning you start do do things in structured, planned and step by step way. Your Thinking become linear.
You become overly logical. If things are not in order, if someone talks inconsistently, your thinking goes haywire.

Altruism Can Become A Sickness

Some people are so altruistic that  they help people till it hurts because they want be a superstar. They want to go up the  social ladder. This doesn't help. It only helps their ego. Don't help without making sure that you are getting something in return. Otherwise, people take advantage of you. If you keep helping people for acceptance,  you have self esteem issue. You think you are so low you need to help people to get accepted. Help but be careful.

Fear Of Being Poor Makes Behave Badly To Others

Fear of being poor makes us do all the wrong things...makes us dissolute...makes us harm or harass others....

First Man-Made Spacecraft To Go Beyond Our Solar System

Voyager 1 is the first man made spacecraft to go beyond our solar system, according to NASA. It took Voyager 1 36 years to go that far. That distance is about 12 billion miles away from our sun. It reached that distance last year.

How To Handle Allergy Problems And Migraine Pain

An adult man produces 1-1.5 liter of mucus per day in his body, not only through his nasal cavity but also in his chest, in his gut and other places. Mucus gets produced to fight the bacteria in the food, to fight the bacteria or airborne dust that go into your chest and to fight allergies. Histamine is responsible for creating the mucus. Histamine gets released in our body to fight the ingredients in the foods that we don't need. Also, to fight bacteria in your nasal cavity, bronchial tube, stomach your body secrets Histamine. When your body produces too much Histamine, the mucus produced by it can cause throat congestion, face disfigurement, chest congestion, deviated septum, sinus problem, headache, nausea, anxiety, panic attack, allergies, migraine headache, cognitive problems, vision problems, etc. And if your nose and sinus get congested, it can cause sleeplessness. So, be aware of the food that you eat. If the foods that you eat causes you to secrete mucus in your stomach, chest, if you always have stomach problem because of it, if you have mucus with your defecation, those are good indications that your body is producing too much Histamine. Avoid foods that cause your body to secrete too much Histamine or the foods that have Histamine. For example, for some people it is too much spice, for some people it is seafood, for some people it is dairy/milky products and for some people it is citrus fruits. In addition, take anti-histamine when needed (be aware that too much antihistamine can weaken your immune system). Mucus also gets produced in your body to keep entire body moisturized. So, make sure where you live the air is moisturized enough because if the air is not moisturized your body produces mucus in your nasal cavity and chest to keep those places moisturized . To keep the air moisturized, use a humidifier, if you feel your nose and chest is congested or your mouth is dry or if your throat is always parched. Also, make sure the air where you live is clean because the air borne pollutant can cause bacteria to grow in your throat, nose, chest and stomach. Also, When you smell something, atoms from the source of the smell actually go into your nose, to the olfactory organ and get stuck in there. This causes your nose to produce mucus and you might get nose blindness if you don't clean up inside your nostril. Buy an air purifier if needed. If these steps don't cure your allergy problems, ask your doctor for antibiotic or to be appointed to an ENT specialist or to an allergist.

Devastating Effect Of Pornography

"Most boys seek pornography by age 10[on the internet]''.---Simon Lajeunesse

Don't Be An Smart Aleck

When high intelligence becomes part of your identity, you may fall victim to the belief that “I can do anything.” As a result, you may feel burdened by the need to realize your potential. If you’re thwarted from realizing your identity as a smart person, your world can come crashing down around you. You might also find yourself constantly looking for direction in order to find that perfect "anything."
It’s possible that your identity as a smart person can lead you to become a bit too much of a smart-aleck. Having long been reinforced for being clever and bright, you play out this role, constantly trying to outwit everyone in your circle. You might also come to think that the only route to acceptance is to question or challenge what others around you are saying. Rather than endearing yourself to others, though, your intelligence seems like showing off, and you become a source of annoyance.

Old People Are Also Poor

90% of the old people in the US retire poor. We should do something about them.
