Why You Can't Get Up From Bed In The Morning

Lot of us have hard time getting up from bed in the morning. Even the people who do get up early in the morning, have to force themselves out of the bed. This is purely psychological. Most of us have so much negative thoughts in our mind, so much discomfort associated with work and tasks that we have to accomplish,our mind simply rejects those things. If the mind feel uncomfortable with something it avoids it. So, in the morning the mind and the body tries to avoid the negativeness and the discomfort. That is why it somewhat freezes and doesn't want to move at that point. On the other, hand if your thoughts are positive and if work, tasks give you fun, your mind should be refreshed in the morning, after sleep. So make sure all of your thoughts are positive and make yourself think working and undertaking new tasks is  fun. Reprogram your mind to think this way.

Think if you heard the news of winning a million dollar, you would be so excited, you wouldn't have problem getting up early from the bed. what I do is, I start to watch my favorite show in the morning. The point is you have to think of something exciting or fun to do to get yourself out of bed.

Another reason people feel too tired to get up or that the sleep was not enough is because they don't get enough sunlight and that messes up their circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm is responsible for our sleep cycle. So, if you suspect that is the case try  taking melatonin pill one hour before you want to go to sleep or get enough sunlight to fix your circadian rhythm.

The Media Does Not Publish What People Do Not Want To Hear.

In a capitalistic society it is not the mass media which manipulate opinion, but mass opinion which manipulates the media because the media is afraid to publish what people won't buy. They don't publish anything that goes against popular belief. They always have to present things in a way that is acceptable to people even if they are not true. Fatigue doesn't come from working too much, it comes from not finishing the task and sense of non achievement and anxiety that comes from it. If you finish a task even if it is very little, it is going to give you a lot of mental energy. If you don't get sense of achievement, no matter how hard you work, it is not going to satisfy you mentally and as a result you are going to be fatigued all the time.

Also if you just sit there and not do the work, the anxiety that comes from it will also make you fatigued. Not working actually makes you more fatigued than working because all the anxieties build up

Virgin Birth Is Not Exclusive To Sons of Gods!

Turns out virgin birth is not so uncommon in nature. It is knows as parthenogenesis. For example, the whiptail lizard which is entirely female lays egg without ever being fertilized. It gives birth without ever having sex with a male whiptail lizard, as there is no male whiptail lizard. It is also common among certain arthropods. So, Jesus is not the only one that gets born by virgin birth and claims divinity!

The right brain is bigger in men than in women. It is known that the right hemisphere of the brain is the region associated with imagery, music, imagination, art, pure math, creativity,insight, the spiritual realms, and INTUITION. Men are naturally endowed with a greater physical brain capacity for embracing the spiritual and intuitive dimensions of life.This means that the popular belief that women are more spiritual than men is not true. This is not to say that men are better in some way. This is just to debunk the theory that says women are more spiritual. It just might be that expression of spirituality in men and women are different because men and women want different things in life. This just mean that men are more right brain oriented than women.

Why Women Like Sex Without Condom

I found this in the book "Women's Infidelity" by Michelle Langley and I am paraphrasing: Women don't like sex with condom because they don't like it when men don't ejaculate inside them. In other words, sex is more pleasurable to them when men ejaculate inside them. So "pulling out" while ejaculating is not so pleasurable to them either. This might explain why women prefer birth control pill to condom.

How You Choose Partners In Life.

Psychologists say, a man chooses a dog based on four things. First, because the dog is intellectually inferior to him. Second, he is physically weaker than him and he can't win when there is a fight so he's always going to obey him. Third, he feels good by taking care of a weaker being for his unconscious altruistic nature. Fourth, the dogs personality matches his. Most men and women choose partner based on these factors. In women's case the physically weaker part is substituted by sex. In other words, they don't make relationships unless they know they can sexually control their partners. So, what I mean is you don't make a relationship unless you know you can control the person and satisfy your altruistic nature, so that you can feel good about yourself. This is mostly true even when you make friendship.

Beware of Allergy

An adult man produces 1-1.5 liter of mucus per day in his body, not only through his nasal cavity but also through his chest, in his gut and other places. Mucus gets produced to fight the bacteria in the food, to fight the bacteria or airborne dust that go into your chest and to fight allergies. Histamine is responsible for creating the mucus. Histamine gets released in our body to fight the ingredients in the foods that we don't need. Also, make sure the air where you live is clean because the air borne pollutant can cause bacteria to grow in your throat, nose, chest and stomach. Buy an air purifier if needed. If these steps don't cure your allergy problems, ask your doctor for antibiotic or to be appointed to an ENT specialist.
