Beware of Allergy

An adult man produces 1-1.5 liter of mucus per day in his body, not only through his nasal cavity but also through his chest, in his gut and other places. Mucus gets produced to fight the bacteria in the food, to fight the bacteria or airborne dust that go into your chest and to fight allergies. Histamine is responsible for creating the mucus. Histamine gets released in our body to fight the ingredients in the foods that we don't need. Also, to fight bacteria in your nasal cavity, bronchial tube, stomach your body secrets Histamine. When your body produces too much Histamine, the mucus produced by it can cause throat congestion, face disfigurement, chest congestion, deviated septum, sinus problem, headache, nausea, anxiety, panic attack, allergies, migraine headache, cognitive problems, vision problems, etc. So, be aware of the food that you eat. If the foods that you eat causes you to secrete mucus in your stomach, chest, if you always have stomach problem because of it, if you have mucus with your defecation, those are good indications that your body is producing too much Histamine. Avoid foods that cause your body to secrete too much Histamine or the foods that have Histamine. For example, for some people it is too much spice, for some people it is sea food, for some people it is dairy/milky products and for some people it is citrus fruits .In addition, take anti-histamine when needed. Mucus also get produced in your body to keep entire body moisturized. So, make sure where you live the air is moisturized enough. If not, use a humidifier. Also, make sure the air where you live is clean because the air borne pollutant can cause bacteria to grow in your throat, nose, chest and stomach. Buy an air purifier if needed. If these steps don't cure your allergy problems, ask your doctor for antibiotic or to be appointed to an ENT specialist.
