Excerpt from the book, "Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps":
"The multi-tracking ability [of talking] is frustrating for a man as
the male brain is mono-tracked and can only handle one subject at a
time. When a group of women are multi-tracking several subjects, men can
become completely dazed and confused." Basically, this means that the
man brain is not wired to jump from topic to topic, but the woman brain
is. When women talk and jump from topic to topic and go to another topic
suddenly, it frustrates men.
