If a person is always approaching women, always hitting on women, that doesn't mean he's lecherous. That means he's lonely, lack love in love. Also, he might not be feel like his life is complete, so he's trying to feel the void. Some people feel unloved. Those people usually follow any path that enables them to get some of the love they need. Without realizing the reason those people can become sex addicts who try to have sex with anyone they encounter.Don't judge this type of people because they are doing it for companion, not because they are too sexual. It might be that they need to make their social circle bigger or make more friends and spend time with them. This is true for both gender. The worst thing you could do to them is call them "whores" or something to that effect.
