Why People Speak Randomly

We have all encountered people who speak in unplanned manner, jump from topic to topic, talk without introduction or without any format. We have all done this ourselves. Unfortunately, we can't help it because when we speak we recall the pattern our brain creates as the real incident happens even though this sound clumsy to our listener. This happens unconsciously. The brain just remembers the whole pattern. When we recall it, it can't skip the whole thing or part of it without practice. Only times you can speak in an organized manner following a format are when you practice it many times to make it your second nature, and when you are lying.
